Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days after receiving the product. 

 

Return Conditions:

• The item is in new and unused condition

• All original tags and labels are still attached

• The item has not been washed, worn, or damaged

• The item is returned in secure packaging

Returns

If you want to return an item for a refund, you can do so within 14 days of receiving it. Once we’ve received and approved your return, the amount will be refunded to your account within 7–14 business days.

Prefer to get store credit instead? It’s completely free, and we’ll even give you a 20% bonus on top.
Example: If you return an item worth 100 €, you’ll receive a 120€ gift card that has no expiration date.

 

How to Return

1. Start your return via our return portal

2. Pack the item securely

3. Send the package back to the address you receive via the return portal

4. Choose a carrier of your choice and keep the tracking number for prove

5. Once we received your return - you will get the refund within 7-14 days 

*For any returns outside the EU be sure to correctly fill out any customs documentation and mark as ‘Return’. We do not accept responsibility for any fees associated with items held in customs.
